If you are not happy with The 30-Day Dachshund Plan for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the files. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to prove you tried.
Email support@30daydogplan.com from the address you used at checkout, and write "refund" in the subject line. We reply to every email.
Refunds go back to the same card or payment method you paid with. Once we issue it, your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. That timing is set by your bank, not by us.
Anything you received for free with your purchase, and any extra guide you bought at the same time, is covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
